Promoted to Senior Policy Analyst within 18 months of graduating. Now leads a cross-departmental team of 40 staff, overseeing fiscal policy reform initiatives funded by the World Bank.

The Diploma in Leadership and Governance at AILDS completely transformed how I approach public service. The curriculum is practical, relevant, and deeply rooted in the African context. I now lead a team of 40 at the Ministry of Finance with far greater confidence.

AILDS gave me the tools to launch my own consultancy. The Entrepreneurship programme was not just theory — we built real business plans, received mentorship, and connected with a network of professionals across West Africa.
